Why should I buy a home today?  There are MANY reasons why you shouldn’t delay in buying the home you’ve always wanted.

Rates are good and hovering between the high 5’s and low 6’s!

Sellers that really want to sell are open to listen to offers!

Sellers are willing to work with buyers and consider home sale contingencies and other creative approaches.

If your credit score is over 720, it’s highly likely you will get a mortgage if your debt load is in line.  If you don’t know your credit score, go to MyFICOScore and pull a free report.  If you find blemishes, address them as soon as possible because your score will also affect your homeowner and car insurance premiums. 

The rental prices are holding and inventory is down.
