Cost vs Value Report 2010
December 18th, 2009 by Martha McDonnell
With many people staying in their homes longer and as trends come and go, I always refer to Remodeling Magazines annual Cost VS Value Report. Quiet often home buyers will purchase a home with a list of improvements in mind that may not add to the value of the home at all. In reading this years report, I recommend reducing the BLING in any project. Do the basics: new windows, small bathroom & kitchen renovations…
Also as a side line, this may be a good time to remodel as renovation costs are stable due to lower labor costs.
If you need some insights, feel free to contact me and I will gather up some of my collogues to give you a value assessment of any improvements you would like to consider.
