When the time arrives for a buyer to make an offer on your home, the typical protocol in New Jersey is for the buyer’s agent to draw up and present the written offer to the homeowner and their broker in person. Once a meeting of the minds has occurred between all parties, contracts are signed by both buyer and seller and witnessed by their designated broker.
