The Contract - What Home Sellers Need To Know

In New Jersey, it is typical to provide a $1,000 or more earnest money deposit with an offer. Read and understand all the terms of the contract being brought forth. Terms sometimes are more favorable than price; consider the package. Original copies of the contract are created by the Buyer’s Agent for all parties to sign. Contracts are then faxed to the seller and buyer’s attorneys to begin the attorneys’ review process.
