New Jersey Home Inspectors

Filed under: NJ Home Buying Guides

Once you have an offer in acceptance, the buyer schedules a Home Inspection, ussually carried out within 10 days of both the buyer and the seller receiving signed, executed contracts. Home inspections usually includes structural & mechanical review, search for wood destroying insects (a clean report required by mortgage company), radon test and buried oil tank sweep. It is important to  hire a ASHI certified New Jersey Home Inspector and to verify  that they currently carry $500,000 in errors and omission insurance and have a current licence.
